I'm trying to setup a multiple display of 3 x 3440x1440 monitors. I'm surely doing something wrong, because I can't get Nvidia Surround to work.

To start with, the monitors are : 2x Acer XR341CK bmijpphz which are A-Sync and 1x Asus ASUS ROG SWIFT Curved PG348Q which is a G-sync . They are all connected to a GTX 1080 ti via DP.
When using Nvidia Set Up Surround, I can get the Topology for 1 x 2 to work like a charm for the two Acer monitors, but when I try 1 x 3, I get 3072 x 768 resolution.
The intruder is surely the Asus monitor. I have noticed that the Polarity for the Asus monitor is + / - ; whilst the other two are - / + . I've tried to get them to the same resolution, frequency and polarity using both the control panel and CRU but I had no luck in getting the surround to work.
I have the lastest GPU drivers.

Is there anything I can do? I don't want to change the Asus monitor, but if I don't have a choice, I'll have to get another Acer XR341CK.

I think you're SOL. G-sync means extra electronics so it's unlikely that you can make G-sync and A-sync panels "compatible" via software.
For the record I have no problem at all using three different G-sync models together in Surround: Acer X34a, Dell AW3418DW, Asus PG348q.
