I have Two 27" 2560x1440 X-Star 1440p monitors on my desk. I've enabled surround and games run well but I find that most games are centered and cause me to go slightly cross-eyed.

What are my options from here?

I'm pretty sure I don't have space on my desk for another monitor.

Thanks!

Well that's a Problem.
With two monitors you always have a bezel in the center.

You say surround? So you're on Nvidia? With new AMD cards you have the option for PLP.
one big center monitor and two small side monitors in Portrait mode.

With Nvidia you can't do PLP, but you can still go full Portrait (1440x2560 x3)

Besides windowed mode (to move the picture slightly to one side), there is no universal POV fix for two-screen Surround that I know of. Your only options are third-person games with an
OTS view, and the very few games that actually have some sort of native dual-screen support:
- Euro Truck Sim 2 allows for complete customization of the display on 1 to 4 monitors.
- Burnout Paradise on dual looks exactly like 3x1 Surround minus one side monitor.
- World in Conflict and SupCom make great use of the secondary (i.e not Surround) monitor to display the full-screen map.
There may be more but it's a pretty rare feature.

This site is going to make me buy an ultrawide monitor.

Damn you all to hell. :p

couple ideas, if you wait a bit:
- there is a beautiful new resolution on curved monitor, releasing at some point (~ super-duper ultrawide). Can't find it atm... It's around 46" to 50" diagonal. Honestly Ultrawide's generally are bit small for immersion, so this bigger wider choice is desirable.
- VR: no bezels, no desk-space.

That would be Samsung's upcoming displays: 41- and 49-inch with an all-new 32:9 aspect ratio (see the TFT Central news item). There is currently no information on the resolution or most other specifics, but apparently these displays are planned for release in Q3 2016.

If it's 32:9 aspect, which is 3.555...
Then is a good PLP aspect (bit wider than average PLP, but in normal range).
So this aspect will offer good eye coverage, similar to wearing wide & short-ish glasses. 45"-49" used up close would cover vision for great immersion.
Resolution will be 3840x1080, or a multiple of this I guess.
I read somewhere this monitor is being made specifically for gaming.

Other ideas:
- PPP as scavv said, would fit your desk. It would take up bit less horizontal space than your current landscape x2 setup.
- Buying a stand makes desk-space, you potentially may fit LLL this way.
