Hi, I'm currently running 5760x1080 with Nvidia Surround on a gtx 1070. I'm having issues with tabbing out of games in both windowed mode and full screen mode. If I try to tab out of any game, it forces the entire game over to my left monitor. It forces the game into a 5760x1080 resolution on one screen making playing with any in game settings almost impossible. It will not stretch back across all three of my screens when I click back into the game for some reason. The only way I have been able to fix this is to force shut the game and restart it. I'm new to Nvidia Surround. Is there a topic on this issue somewhere? Is this a common occurrence? Is there a fix?

I figured it out by myself. I reinstalled my Nvidia drivers and alt tab finally started working. It must have been a glitch with the driver.
