I need one.
Lol.
Any suggestions out there? I can't seem to find any utilities that support increasing voltage on my 5670 past 1.1v. I've tried AtiTools, AtiTrayTools, RivaTuner, MSI afterburner, AMD Overdrive, AMD GPU Tool, and I think that's it. I'm going insane here.
Any help out there? Thanks!

If none of those tools will do it, I would suggest that it is a limit coded in the BIOS of the card, and you'd need to make a custom BIOS and flash the card with it to get around that limit.
