I have just installed my HIS 5870 and have 3 of the same 24" widescreen DGM PVA (16:10) monitors connected by 2 DVI's and 1 Sapphire to VGA adapter. I have installed the 10.7 drivers and the monitor which is connected by VGA is only allowing me to pick 4:3 resolutions (max 1600 x 1200). Can you help me fix this? Is there a setting I need to select? Under the device manager it says that it is a "Generic Non-PnP Monitor".

Install the drivers for the monitor. That should fix it.

I have managed to fix this by updating the monitor driver to 'Generic PnP Monitor' and then changing my VGA cable. No idea why the VGA cable change worked, I am just glad that it did an the new cable seems to detect the monitor correctly.

Just don't seem to have the option to config the bezel management, I don't get the option when creating the group. Any idea's?

Make sure all 3 screens are identified as the same type. That should help it. :)

They are all identified as MB24W's. Is it because I have one connected by DP > VGA and the VGA adapter can't have a resolution over 1920 x 1200?

Eyefinity operates with a virtual resolution, so 1920x1200 is sufficient on one screen. Bezel management requires displays being of same type and size. If you can't get it to work, I would think there is something that reports a difference between the screens and therefore bezel management becomes unavailable. Try switching the screens (use another screen with the DP -> VGA) and reboot. This causes the screen to reinitialize and that can sometimes make issues solve by itself.

I booted up this morning and my displays had reset to eyefinity duplicated, so I created a group and it gave me the option for bezel management. Seems to work in L4D2 :D
