I had an MX Revolution and detested it. I'm pretty sure I've still got it somewhere - Mobster, you want it as a spare for the future?
I would love you forever if you sent it to me.
That is a nice looking mouse there. Interesting having dual scroll wheels. Do they both to vertical scrolling or can you do horizontal with one and vertical with the other?
Like ParadigmShifter said its like a single axis joystick, but its useful in games for anything requiring a button press once you install uberoptions.

And I hope my mouse never goes bad because it looks like they don't make these anymore.

Oh it will eventually... as an addicted FPS gamer I find mine usually have the right-click wear out earliest, as I don't use toggle aim and am holding it down alot. Usually takes a while, but eventually one of your buttons will start losing responsiveness...

There's always e-bay though :)That's interesting because I've had my mouse for about six years, and I've beaten the crap out of it: dropped it, stepped on it, thrown it against the wall... and it still works perfectly. Best mouse I've ever had. The resolution is low by today's standards, though, but the price of peripherals today isn't encouraging me to upgrade anytime soon. My mouse was $40 brand new, it would probably be twice as much in today's market.

I could also be getting back luck with the switches wearing early, but yeah, 6 years is a long time for a gaming mouse to live :)

Reminds me of the KB I literally just retired last month that was over 14 years old from my first packard bell PC , it was in the dishwasher 5 times at least, but the last one it finally bought the farm : )

Oh my god, I have one of those keyboards lying around too. Came with a 66 MHz Intel Pentium, 8MB of memory, a 200MB HDD, 14.4 kbps modem, 2x CD-ROM, and Windows 3.11 pre-loaded. Aw, yeah...

And let me tell you, it was a pain upgrading to Windows 95 on this machine. Had to add another 8MB of memory first.

When I find it, I'll PM you for your address.

I was so annoyed when my Packard Bell keyboard died. Most comfortable desktop-type typing keyboard I've ever had. I haven't found a good replacement for it ever. Although I will admit that the MS Sidewinder X6 is the closest thing I've found to it recently.

Haha... I remember upgrading my P75/8MB/800MB system so it could play Half-Life. DIP switch overclocking! :D Got a P166 (free, luckily) but ran it at 133 as that was all the mobo would take, 32MB of SIMMs costing nigh on £100... and a Voodoo 1 card that I already had for Quake 2. :D
