hello Hayden,

CS:GO recv'd an update today
please update the plugin so that it's working again.

Also, everytime I restart the program the safeX value jumps back to 0.333..any way to make it stick?

Updated, Thanks for reporting, I've deployed the update - I'll switch this one to signature scanning tonight probably, so will be another update but will mean it should continue to work even when CS;GO get's updated.

Re; Saving settings, I just tested this thoroughly now and it works perfectly, wither Auto is enabled or not, the settings get saved - give the new one and try and see if it works, if not... somewhat strange.

Fix It.

I hope that you are asking for help, not demanding it. That would not be right imo.

Hmm..the problem is your platform..not Flawless widescreen. A refresh rate of 59hz usually means a bad driver installation or even a BAD hardware link on the DVI port. Check your connection properly and reinstall the video drivers. I had a problem like this with a dell monitor...was stuck on 59HZ only later to see the cable was not properly fit in the DVI port:))

Helifax

So you're saying that the problem could be the cable connecting the monitor?

Can I please have some people test the new build (v1.0.9) - you can download the EXE here -> http://www.flawlesswidescreen.org/fws/test/FlawlessWidescreen.rar

Replace your existing EXE in "C:program files (x86)Flawless Widescreen" with this one and make sure you click Cancel when it tells you there are core updates available so it doesn't overwrite it again with the old version (1.0.8)

Primarily I would like to confirm I have not broken AMD detection, and hopefully (but unlikely) improved it where perhaps it didn't work for people before (Most importantly, crossfire - it should say monitors 3 if you have 3, not 1), I still have not yet added 5x1 support.

Alessio87: And no, it won't fix you're problem, your problem is relating to the game/drivers/your configuration causing the output refresh rate to go out of scope of what is supported by your monitor.

Is there a reason why you aren't supporting the nonsteam version of Borderlands? The only version you have on there is the steam version (1.4.2.1). People who have the retail version (1.4.1) are just left sitting here with no support. Autodetect won't work for me, and when I try selecting the only other version from the dropdown box (1.4.2.1), the game crashes as soon as I press Enter at the main menu. I've tried every combination of options, including unchecking the HUD Scaling, but nothing will work. I understand that even the steam version doesn't work well, but at least they are able to play for 14 minutes. I would gladly take having to restart borderlands every 14 minutes over never being able to play at all.

Test version seems to be working fine for me. Using AMD 7970 and v12.8 drivers.
