it's weid, i just see alt+tab don't work for me. i go to the desk but the problem is stil here , any idea ?

Maybe the wrong version. What's your game version and language?

underworld is steam version 1.1.0.0
language is english

edit : in my opinion the tru.exe don't work. it's absolutely nothing happens when i click on tru.exe

Upload your original tru.exe, I'll look at it.

This file is packed(DRM), I can not modify it.
Try this -
Open d3d9.cfg, edit these lines to the desired resolution:
resX = 5760
resY = 1080
Then copy d3d9.dll and d3d9.cfg in the game folder.

finaly it's work great with your dx9res !
