Centered Output: Not Working
Fixed Aspect Ratio Scaling: Not Working

Only thing worse then playing an old 4:3 game with black bars is playing it in super fat mode.

Bear in mind that the Dell screen have FARS and Centred in their own hardware. Setting the signal to 1:1 allows the card to control what happens rather than the screen. The last three cards were in exactly the same system; the only thing that changed was the GPU and driver version.

Right now, I'm kinda tempted to say that the 90 series drivers have broken support for two things: card-controlled scaling and driver resolution integration support.
