sorry, but SEGA has confirmed it won't support custom resolutions

Eight pairs of HEX values in the "Tsonic_win.EXE" file.
In order they are 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768, and 1280x960. The first four are 16 bit color, the second, 32 bit. Change whichever resolution you selected from the game launcher to your custom resolution. Good to go! :D

Remember to flip-flop the HEX values.

I've done Sonic Heroes, but it's stretched so I deleted it. Couldn't find a way to fix it :(
