When I iron scope guns with variable scope (after you get variable scope upgrade), it basically zooms in really really far, the same amount as a sniper rifle.

When I iron scope a gun like the german submachine gun without variable scope, it scopes like normal.

What's the deal with that? it makes using the guns like BAR, StG44, etc, really hard at medium range after you get the variable scope. Unfortunately you pretty much have to use BAR/StG44 rather than the SMGs on the last level or otherwise everyone creams you.

Oh no ... another problem ... :(

Until I get to that point in the game I can't really help ... any chance you could zip up your saved games and send them to me so I can take a look ?

Nice tweaking so far paddy, though it seems the inbuilt stupidity might prevent you from ever finding a full solution...?

I've had a couple of goes on MOHA using your tweaks so far, and tried a range of FOV's myself, but I just cant get it feeling right and end up banging up against tables and getting motion sickness :(

I think I might hold off trying to play it, in hope of racer_s dropping another hack!

I think you might be right ... :( ... but I am finding it just about playable so far ... that might change when I get further into the game ... I haven't had much time to play.

Well I just sat and played the first mission, and I'm not exactly impressed...

Yes Unreal Engine 3 is very pretty, and they have obviously hired some talented artists, but my first impressions are:

Painful over-use of motion-blur.

Pathetic AI - If it isnt your own team milling around in your line of fire or blocking you from escaping live grenades, its the enemy charging in like lemmings and taking cover in front of you, with their backs to you?!

Everyone takes 2 garand rounds to kill, no matter where you hit them?

Weapon accuracy in general sucks, and the ironsights/leaning system is particularly odd and annoying...

I wouldn't recommend this game to anyone who liked MOHAA :(

So I got it running, my framerate was stable around 30 with everything maxed.. 28-35.

A few things I noticed, first sometimes the screen goes nuts and flickers like mad when zoomed in with the Thomson.

Also anyone else get a weird almost flicker like like the mouse is being shaken just a tiny bit? I can't describe what it is, I know it's not bad framerate because FRAPS says 30... I definitely did not notice that w/o Triplehead.

PS: This test was done on the FULL version of the game, not the demo.

First Mission is the one in the Demo.
Unlike the Demo, if you die you don't have to re-earn all your ranks with your guns, you keep them (Didn't have much time to see if they carry over from mission to mission).

The game is pretty cool, hope we can get the TH2G working flawlessly soon, and especially online (doubtful, but maybe if we can play on non PB servers with friends that would be cool).

What is your system?

Anyone tested it at SG with geforce 7 generation ?

I run an 8800GTS 640mb Overclocked
2GB Ram
Intel 6600 OC to 3.0Ghz

I'm having a problem with the hack for Triplehead.. the FOV gets messed up WAY to often with ALOT of weapons in the full game, and stays like that for a good 5-10 seconds.. even if I run it doesn't get fixed right away, it takes 3-5 seconds to get fixed.. So ya not sure what I'll do. Think I'll play at 4:3 for a bit

This is great in TH2Go, as you said Paddy- SPRINT SPRINT SPRINT,...
Even into the arms of the dastardly hun, stops 'em spawning
