Looks good, UAV is a good thing, you know when you're being watched.

So far so good.

Lots of servers are still on the old patch though...

anyone else patched that bitch up?

I will be sure to download it in the morning when I get home from work. Can you knock out the UAV while its in the air scanning? If so, what does it take to do it?

I think the patch is a good move in total but they could've done some other things to combat the bunnyhopping and shooting stuff, like made it stuoidly inaccurate but not completley disallowed, made C4 too hard to take on a tank now, i was a proper C4 whore but now not being able to throw it as far makes it a hell of a lot harder.

i want these new unlocks but just spent em on unlocking everything else before the patch so i cant get one yet

i like it, but it unbalances wake island so much.

Hawks cant even make it past arty island.

I love this patch. I like the fact that people can't bunny hop anymore. They can't prone-spam anymore either. I LOVE the fact that the UAV's are actually visible (and destructible  ).

Weird thing though... I am obviously patched up as I am able to join servers and see the additions mentioned above, but the game still shows as version 1.1.2. I know that my patch installed correctly (incremental patch 1.1.2 to 1.2) as it won't let me reinstall the patch because it is already installed.

Does the game report as version 1.2 to anyone or is it still showing 1.1.2?

I don't know... I was playing Wake last night and was getting shelled by the choppers like always. They seem to be just as much of a pain in the ass as before. (if you can't tell, I'm a landlubber... I just can't fly very well... so instead of learning how to fly better, I just insult it)
