The other option you can do with the menus is to put the mouse over it to highlight your selection and then hit 'enter' on the keyboard, that does it :)

And I am loving CoD MP in 5040 thanks DF; loving it! One of my clan was over at the weekend and just couldn't get over it..in fact I couldn't get him off my PC!

Yeah, the game seems to handle menus weird at times. If you need to, just disable the fix quickly when you're in the menu and re-enable it when you get in game. I'm not sure if that trick works because I don't have a TH setup.

That is what I ended up doing.. it worked.. Just wanted to give you some feedback.. Just encase you hadnt heard about that.. looks like you were allready aware of it though!

As for IL2, I'll look into it. I looked into it once before but had some difficulty because of the engine it uses. I'll check it out again, though.
WOW!

Thank you so much!!

Hey DJ

I saw your web site has a donation section..

So I made a small donation today..

With the hope that it will help you with your IL2 interest..

At this point just curious if it is even doable..

If not..

Than use the money for more COD5 stuff

Thanks!!! :) It is much appreciated.

I'll do what I can. I'll break out the CD in a bit and get right on it.

Not sure what it is you do to make these things work..

but looking at your fix utility I get the impression that it is very game version depended..

Which leads me to belive it is based on the current executable (*.exe)..

With that in mind..

Do you have the newest IL2? The 1946 version? Which I believe is at version 4.08m..

If not, let me know if there is anything I can do to asset you with any of that..

If your util is not that depended on the exe than simply disregard! ;)

I believe the version I have is 1946, yes. I'll check when I get the CD out. I only have one version and I think that's it.

As for the fixes, each game is different. I have to take each game apart and see how it works before I can figure out a way to fix it. :)

Ok let me know if you don't

Roger..

On that note..

I realized that IL2 comes with a wide screen option..

Using the Use3Renders=1 option..

But, it is not a true wide screen..

It basically combines 3 views together..

And not very well I might add.

The line up of the horizon between screens is really bad at any angle other than level..

But

At least it implies the game might be able to be tweaked?

That goal being making the standard FOV wider without loosing the height.
