You haven't answered me yet on one thing. There are two choices for SP. One says "Alt" and the other doesn't. Have you tried both of these?

What version of the game are running? Is it a retail version or a digital distribution version? Is it a localized version?

I have the retail version, version 1.7.
I have tried both "v1.7 (Alt) [SP]" and "v1.2 - v1.7 [SP]"

Okay, now this is weird. Multiplayer works, but single player dosn't. Though It still makes menu's unusable.

EDIT: Let me clarify, Only some of the menu's are unusable. Main Menu works until you go into a sub section. This means i can get into the options menu, but then nothing can be clicked on (this is single and multi-player). Also the Pause Menu dosn't work in multiplayer, so i cant change class, or side, oir even exit the game without using Crtl Alt Delete.

Single Players Pause menu works, but the HUD is the only thing fixed. Also this may be because of the way the hack works and doesn't stretch the background images, but the main menu get's like the image below. I don't think this matters, I'd just like to be able to edit settings and such.

Here's the Main Menu:

You can do 2 things in the MP menu to get it to work:

1. you can hit ; to disable the WSF when you are in the menu, it looks weird but is workable. Hit ; again to be back in WSF mode.

or

2. the menu only doesn't work on the centre screen with WSF enabled, but put your mouse cursor over the button you want to select, it will highlight, and hit enter and it works. Clicking the mouse doesn't but enter does :)

Send me your .exe for your SP version. I'll see if there's any differences.

As for the menu, I don't have three monitors so I can't really mess with the interface much. If I use something like 1600x400 to fake a TH resolution, the menu works fine. You'll just have to do what was suggested above.

I should make a note of that in the readme for the next version released.

Thanks, that works fine.

As long as i can select stuff I'm fine, It's more of the FOV that I can't deal with, because it makes it really hard to play.

here's my sp exe

OK. I've tested that .exe and it definitely does not work with it.

What version of the game is this?

Give me more details.

What version is the .exe?
Where did you buy it?

Is this some cracked .exe?

I need more details.

Is it from some localized version?

I'm using v1.5 and have tried others.

I have the retail version, version 1.7.

I'm confused.

Are you using 1.5 or 1.7?

Which version is the .exe you gave me?

1.5 widescreen fixer
1.7 of the CoD4. It does in fact have a crack on it.
