The image you posted suggests that two of your monitors aren't connected ...
Also ... you say you have the latest firmware but the screenshot you posted suggests you do not ...
It maybe that it is just the software that is not up to date.
Here is YOUR screenshot ... note the
GMX software version ... 2.1.0.5 ... this is an older version.
And the GMX setup isn't detecting your graphics card.
My GMX setup ... note the GMX software version ...
GMX software version ... 2.3.2.8 and it can see my Video card.

Display ... tab ... What does it say about the
Graphics Card Information ?
